The cash on delivery involves an increase of 3 EURO on both rates.

After receiving the order and sending the confirmation, chokchoklab.com undertakes to deliver the package to the courier within 24 hours, on working days, who will deliver the order within 48 hours. In the delivery process, the telephone number will be used to make an appointment with the courier.
In the case of cash on delivery, a supplement of 3 EURO is required which is already included in the shipping option dedicated to this payment method.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In case of return or exchange of products, the customer will have 30 days from the day of delivery; The products must be intact and unopened, for hygienic-sanitary reasons, in order for the exchange or return to be accepted.
The products must be sent to Via XX Settembre 21 – 26028 Sesto ed Uniti (CR) and the refund will be net, without shipping costs.
