The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions between the customer and chokchoklab.com, which reserves the right to change them at any time.

CONTRACT
The contract between chokchoklab.com and the customer is initiated and confirmed upon receipt of the order confirmation email from the company.

PRICES
All products are displayed and explained on the chokchoklab.com website and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping, which can vary according to the amount purchased. Chokchoklab.com reserves the right to change price information and product availability, however, the price on the order confirmation is the price to be paid.

PAYMENT
Payment is possible in four ways: by credit card, by PayPal and by cash on delivery (with an increase of 3 euros).
We inform you that in the case of an order with cash on delivery that has never been collected, the following order by the same person must be paid by credit card or PayPal.

DELIVERY
Chokchoklab.com will send the ordered products to the address entered during payment. The delivery times in the "Shipping" section are based on the ordinary processing of orders and on the delivery times declared by the couriers.
Except in cases of force majeure, chokchoklab.com will deliver the goods to the courier within 24 hours of receiving the order, on working days.

If the customer refuses to pay the cash on delivery or does not collect the shipment twice, the shipment will automatically be sent to the sender and the order will be cancelled.

RESPONSIBILITY
Chokchoklab.com will not be held responsible for causes of force majeure that may slow down shipments. Furthermore, chokchoklab.com will not be liable for damages caused by force majeure or for damages and losses resulting from the ability to fulfill the contract; in this case, chokchoklab.com will reimburse customers up to the amount paid by them. Likewise, chokchoklab.com is not responsible for the fraudulent or illegal use of payment methods by third parties when paying for the purchased products.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchased products without penalty within 30 working days from the delivery date, by sending an email to info@chokchoklab.com with the order number.
For refunds or exchanges, the products must be in the exact same condition as when they were received and sealed. In the case of opening and using the products, chokchoklab.com will not make any refund.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.

PURCHASER'S OBLIGATIONS
The customer is advised to print and keep these general conditions once the purchase is complete, since they have been accepted and examined.
Chokchoklab.com reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time.
The data entered at the time of purchase must not be fictitious and chokchoklab.com is not responsible for the issue of incorrect documents and/or non-receipt of the products for this reason. The customer is entirely responsible for entering the data correctly.

LAWS AND JURISDICTION
The contracts between the customer and chokchoklab.com are subject to Italian law and the Court of Cremona is competent for all disputes.
